Our tomato veloutés are made with organic tomatoes, red or yellow, sourced exclusively from Italy, to which only a few selected ingredients from organic farming are added.
In the recipe for the Classic Velouté, in addition to organic red tomatoes, there are grape must and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, which give nuances of sweet and sour taste, extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and chili pepper, enriching the flavor.

The recipe for the Golden Apple Velouté is equally simple and tasty, but in this case, the sweet and sour touch comes from white wine vinegar and grape must, which do not alter the splendid yellow color of the product.

Both are ready to be consumed, either cold or hot, pure or accompanied by other vegetable elements or simple crispy bread croutons.
