Eco-Friendly Shipping

We think that in order to protect the environment, it is important that we all get involved. That is why we want to team up with you to create eco-friendly shipments.

To bring our organic products to your home, we use PECF-certified recycled cardboard boxes and 100% biodegradable compostable filler chips.

We at LaSelva offer you vegetables that are grown and processed with great care following all principles of organic farming and we try to minimise our environmental impact.

Products’ shipping and delivery

La Selva società bioagricola a r.l shall deliver the ordered Products to the Customer through trusted couriers and/or forwarding agents within the term indicated in the e-mail communication containing the order confirmation and, in any case, within a maximum term of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order.

Delivery is made to the address specified in the order, which may be different from the address of the customer.

Customers who wish to change the delivery address of the goods, after they have placed their order, may contact Customer Service by e-mail and request the change: the request will be accepted if the order has not yet been processed.

Delivery of goods is understood to be ‘at street level’ unless otherwise indicated:

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is invited and required to check:

  1. That the number of packages actually delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;
  2. That the packaging of the packages is intact in all its parts, not damaged, nor compromised by atmospheric events or in any way altered.

If any damage is found to the packaging and/or the product, or if the number of packages or indications do not correspond, this must be immediately contested by placing a written control reservation (specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g. ‘punctured packaging’, ‘crushed packaging’, etc.) on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the warehouses of the courier within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the material ordered will be returned to the warehouses of La Selva società bioagricola a r.l. Arrangements will be made for re-delivery and the relative additional shipping costs.

Selva società bioagricola a r.l. may, at its discretion, decide to make several partial deliveries. In this case, the purchaser shall not be burdened with any additional costs over and above those for a single delivery.

The LaSelva courier reserves the right to verify the consumer’s age of majority when delivering alcoholic products.
