This our pasta format is made with organic durum wheat semolina exclusively grown in Tuscany. The wheat is then milled and turned into pasta by our trusted partners.
The bronze drawing and low-temperature drying give it a porous texture and excellent cooking resistance.
The box is made of cardboard and is therefore 100% recyclable in paper.

Usage
Our organic strozzapreti are perfect in every recipe where short pasta is the protagonist, from the traditional one handed down by grandma to the creative one inspired by your favorite chef. Thanks to their particular shape and slightly rough texture, strozzapreti embrace the sauce and hold it. Cooking time: 12 minutes.
