    From the classic Tuscan tradition come the Carciofini Sott’Olio D’Oliva. A product that encapsulates the selection of the softest and most flavorful fruits in a 280g jar. Cleaned in our laboratory, the whole artichokes are then blanched in water and vinegar and preserved in extra virgin olive oil to maintain their intense flavor unchanged. Note: blanched only in water and vinegar---typical of home preserves
