Product Delivery
Products are delivered by trusted couriers to the address specified at the time of the order. Here are some important details:
– you can request changes to the delivery address by contacting our Customer Service if the order hasn’t been processed yet;
– delivery takes place at street level unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.
Upon delivery, we invite you to check:
– that the number of packages matches what is indicated on the delivery note;
– that the packaging is intact and undamaged.
In case of any issues, please report them immediately to the courier, noting any anomalies on the delivery document.
If the delivery is not collected within 5 business days, the products will return to our warehouse, and we will arrange a new shipment with additional costs.
