Local collaborators: the power of community
LaSelva has always been a home for generations of local families. Approximately two-thirds of our employees are dedicated to agriculture and food processing, working the land with care and harvesting the ripe fruits in a timely manner. Our work ethic is based on fair wages and appropriate working conditions, in line with the principles of Naturland Fair and verified annually by ICEA. This approach has enabled many of our employees to achieve an average of 12 consecutive years of service at LaSelva.
Communication and collaboration: beyond corporate boundaries
Our vision of sustainability extends beyond the boundaries of the company. We work closely with suppliers, ensuring that they too follow fair and sustainable labour practices. The LaSelva Code of Conduct, based on the principles of the International Labour Organisation and the UN Global Compact, is our commitment to an ethos of sustainable production and processing.
