Rocket salad with warm goat cheese

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

1 bunch of rocket
3 spring onions
LaSelva Balsamic Vinegar from Modena IGP
LaSelva Extra virgin olive oil
Pine nuts
Salt
Pepper
Goat cheese
Flour (as needed)
Honey
LaSelva dressing from balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP

PREPARATION TIME approx. 15 minutes

PREPARATION

| Wash and clean the rocket, cut the spring onions into thin slices.

2 |Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Toast the pine nuts in a pan and add them to the rocket.

3 | Flour the goat cheese. In a pan heat the olive oil and brown the cheese on both sides until golden brown. Serve on the salad bed with a little honey. Garnish with the dressing from balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP.
