Peaches Tiramisù


Peaches in syrup LaSelva 1 jar
Mascarpone 250g
Egg yolks 2, Egg whites 3
Sugar 3 spoons
Grappa Riserva LaSelva 1/2 spoon
Salt 1 pinch
Savoiardi biscuits
LaSelva White wine
Chopped Pistachios

PREPARATION TIME approx. 15 minutes plus 2 hours of cooling


| Separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the mascarpone and continue to mix. Finally, add 1/2 tablespoon of orange liqueur.

2 | Create a base of ladyfingers in a glass or in a cup and sprinkle with peach syrup, previously mixed with white wine. Add a layer of mascarpone cream and the peaches cut into small pieces. Repeat the process, up to the edge of the glass, 2 or 3 times.

3 | Put the tiramisu in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios before serving.
