Jam tart


300 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
50 g of sugar
125g cold butter, cut into pieces
Grated rind of 1/2 lemon
1/2 vanilla pod
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 jars of LaSelva jam extra
(eg blackberry, raspberry, apricot ...)

PREPARATION TIME approx. 20 minutes plus the cooling time


| Mix the flour, salt, sugar, cold butter, lemon rind and vanilla seeds with egg and egg yolk, knead and form a ball. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

2 | Grease and flour a tart mold and lay the dough previously spread with a rolling pin. Cut out the excess parts and pour in the jam. Form strips with the advanced dough and lay them on the surface of the mold, crossing them in order to create a grid. Bake at 180° C for about 35 minutes.
