INGREDIENTS

WHITE VermOUTh – 6 cl (1 full Espresso cup)

PROSECCO DOC LaSelva

ROSEMARY

ICE

GLASS: wine glass

We have created a version of the spritz that is rich in floral notes and ideal as an aperitif due to its sour and aromatic qualities.

PREPARATION
Pour ice into a glass, then add VermOUTh and Prosecco until the glass is full.
Stir and decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
