RED VermOUTh – 6 cl (1 Espresso cup)

WHITE RUM – 3 cl (1/2 Espresso cup)

SPARKLING WATER – 6 cl (1 Espresso cup)

BROWN SUGAR – 1 tablespoon

LEMON

ICE

BASIL

GLASS: big tumbler

Bengodi is one of our favourite beaches in the Maremma, and we VermOUTh lovers can't get enough of a good refreshing drink when we return from the sea. So, let's grab some ice and make our own Maremma mojito.

PREPARATION
Pour the sugar into the glass and squeeze the juice of ¼ lemons over it.
Place the squeezed lemon in the glass, add the VermOUTh, rum, water and plenty of ice.
Stir and decorate with basil.
