From the field to the jar

The fruits and vegetables grown in our fields at LaSelva, Tuscany, are picked when ripe and are processed as quickly as possible while they are still fresh. This is possible because we process them directly on our farm or at the nearby plant we own, avoiding long journeys and storage.

We follow strict procedures, we select our vegetables by hand and wash them, and then process them carefully, following traditional Tuscan recipes. This is how the natural taste and nutritional properties of our sun-ripened products are preserved.
